Our meeting room can accommodate up to six people and can be booked for a four-hour period (10 am till 2 pm) or for a full day (9:30 am till 5:30 pm)
Euro house business hub is accessible for tenants to use as they need
Upon entering the building, there is a comfortable communal seating/waiting area for your visitors to use, with access restricted by a key fob to the main centre for additional tenant privacy and security.
Easy in/out (1 Calendar month) terms are standard, with a 2-month deposit required from all tenants.
Situated within the team valley trading estate in Gateshead, the Euro House business hub comprises a mixture of mixed-use office/business units from 80 sq ft to 3,500sq ft, light industrial, and commercial units.
Limited Communal parking is available onsite.
Euro House is a very popular business hub with existing tenants, including online retailers, property consultants and medical services.

For a flat monthly fee, we provide you with an address where all your letters can be sent too. All letters received will be scanned and emailed to you in pdf format with searchable text for your convenience.
